John Gilmour (Jno Gee)
Gilmour succeeded David Low as cartoonist for the Canterbury Times and worked for the Christchurch Star, the NZ Free Lance and the NZ Truth. He moved to England in 1932, where he drew for the Evening Standard. He was back at Truth in the late 1930s and cartooning for the Christchurch Star-Sun a decade later.
